Our Philosophy
Our mission is to cultivate a community where equestrians can come together. Through quality training and guidance, we help them grow their passion for horses while learning new skills and gathering knowledge.
Our philosophy has always kept the horses and their wellbeing at the center of all we do. Through our program our riders learn to do the same.

Get to know Emeri Kitchell

Get to know the Gnaizdas

Emeri grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and developed a love for horses from her grandmother, a lifelong horsewoman.
Through a variety of working student opportunities, assistant manager positions, and assistant trainer positions, Emeri developed a multifaceted skill set.
Emeri obtained her bachelor's of Equestrian Science from William Woods University, specializing in riding, training, veterinary medicine, and equine care.
Spring of 2022 Emeri moved to Northern California and began the next adventure!
Jeanette Gilbert-Gnaizda and Josh Gnaizda are the proud owners of Jaz Creek, the facility that Jeanette helped develop with her mother beginning in 2005 upon graduation from UC Davis.
The facility is the heart of their family, with decades of love and hard work put into creating what it is today.
Jeanette is a lifetime “horse junkie” with experience at all levels of the hunter/jumper sport, from schooling shows to organizing CSI 5*’s. Josh is a somewhat willing participant, and their daughter Aggie has the horse bug as well. You will meet her participating in the riding school with all the other kids!
